SmartCube 3D Large is a highly innovative multi-camera system, MID and OIML homologable, which can dimension and weigh bulky pallets and packages. It is a useful system for express couriers, logistics facilities and industrial warehouses.

Efficiency

SmartCube 3D Large is the ideal solution for calculating the maximum volume of palletized goods. It is the only product on the market which can measure volume in three different modes: static, stop & go or dynamic.

Productivity

SmartCube 3D Large is very fast and is capable of accurately capturing the volume, barcode, photo and weight of a pallet, providing a throughput of 250 pallets per hour in static mode.

Three different operation modes

Dynamic mode

The operator, after forking the pallet, transits with the vehicle at a moderate speed (9 km/h) within the measurement area and SmartCube 3D calculates the volume and takes a photo of the pallet, without the operator slowing down.

Stop & Go mode

The operator places the pallet inside the measurement area, scans the barcode, waits a second stationary on the vehicle without leaving the measurement area, and on the Smartcube 3D monitor can view the dimensions, weight, and a photo of the pallet.

Static mode

The operator forks the pallet and places it inside the measurement area drawn on the floor, exits with the vehicle from the measurement area, scans the barcode, and in less than three seconds on the SmartCube 3D monitor can view the dimensions, weight, and a photo of the pallet.
