Our TIER 1 system consists of an ecosystem of solutions that, by interacting with each other, enable the management of information (packages to be processed, sorting data, business logic) and specifically:
TIER 1 Service
It is the service that is responsible for communicating with TIER 2 (handling system "sorter" or device "DWS locations") via a standard socket protocol in order to receive and send all the information necessary for parcel management.
Web Portal Configurator
It is the system that feeds the business rules for parcel management and specifically allows you to configure:
- Master records of logical and physical sorting systems (manual, automatic, or robotic)
- Management of sort plans and sorting rules
- 1D and 2D barcode master data management
- Managing customer tables related to business logics
AppMobile and WebMobile Portal
It is the system that allows the management of non-processable parcels, and the main functionalities are as follows:
- Manual sorting of parcels
- Bay edge containerization procedures: container creation, sealing, vehicle association, etc...
Web Portal Statistics
It is the system that, based on NoSql Database, allows the management and generation of statistics related to plant productivity and specifically:
- Introduced parcels
- Sorted parcels
- Discarded parcels
- Discard indicators (No-Read, No-Weight)
